Apartment Renovation Project at TH8 Palm Jumeirah, Dubai

On February 20 2026, the Lush Loom team completed a comprehensive apartment renovation project at TH8 Palm Jumeirah Residences, Dubai. We handled complete apartment painting, custom curtain installation, and headboard reupholstery to transform the entire residential space.

A few days before the project, the owner contacted us via phone. He needed multiple upgrade services for his apartment. Our expert team, under senior designer supervision, visited the location for a detailed site inspection. We took precise measurements of windows, headboard dimensions, and wall-ceiling surface areas to ensure seamless execution.

During the visit, we brought the latest curtain and upholstery samples to help the client make informed selections. After thorough consultation, he finalized light grey curtains for the living room’s double-height glass window. For the bedroom, he chose beige blackout drapes for complete light control and privacy.

Next, we installed the selected window treatments in their designated spaces. The beige blackout drapes went up in the bedroom with a triple pinch-pleat header style for an elegant appearance. We added matching tiebacks to both sides, allowing easy handling and smooth movement when opening or closing. The light grey drapes transformed the living room’s tall glass window, creating a sophisticated focal point.

Finally, we reupholstered the bed headboard using premium fabric in warm grey color. We created a square tufted design, adding texture and depth to the bedroom furniture. The tufted pattern complemented the light pink accent wall beautifully while maintaining a contemporary aesthetic throughout the sleeping space.
