Artificial Grass & Curtains Installation Project in Damac Hills 2

On 22 February 2026, the Lush Loom team successfully completed a window covering & landscaping project in Damac Hills 2. We installed artificial grass & blackout curtains in a villa.

The villa owner contacted us and booked a free site visit. We visited the villa with samples of turf and curtains. The owner had two clear needs. First, they wanted complete privacy in the living room. Second, they needed a proper grass solution for the lawn. Daily lawn maintenance was becoming a hassle. They wanted a beautiful outdoor space without the constant maintenance effort.

After our consultation, the owner selected blackout drapes in a warm grey color. We recommended a triple-pinch pleat header style for an elegant look. The living room had two different window types that needed different solutions.

We installed blackout drapes on the corner window using flexible curtain tracks. These tracks allow smooth movement and easy operation. For the ceiling-height wall window, we used the same warm grey blackout drapes. We installed a curtain track rod for this larger window. Both installations match perfectly and give the living room a cohesive, sophisticated appearance. Now the family enjoys complete privacy and excellent light control.

Our expert fitters started with subfloor preparation. This step is crucial for long-lasting results. We measured the lawn area with digital scales to ensure a perfect fit. Our team removed all debris and rocks from the surface. We leveled the ground completely for smooth installation.

We spread infill materials evenly across the subfloor. This creates a stable base for the grass carpet. We applied high-performance adhesives on the edges of the grass carpet’s back side. This ensures strong attachment and prevents lifting. We carefully aligned the edges of different turf pieces. This creates a seamless appearance with no visible gaps.

We kept a square drainage sump in the center of the lawn. This prevents water accumulation during rain. Proper drainage keeps the grass looking fresh and extends its life.

The villa now has a stunning green lawn that requires zero daily maintenance. No more watering, mowing, or fertilizing. The grass stays green and perfect year-round. Inside, the living room offers complete privacy and comfort. The warm grey blackout curtains control light beautifully and enhance the room’s aesthetic.
