Blackout & Sheer Curtains Installation Project in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai

The Lush Loom team completed a luxury window covering project at a stunning villa in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, on 25 February 2026. We installed blackout & sheer window curtains in the bedroom, living room, and home office. The goal was to deliver comfort, privacy, and style that matched the villa’s high-end interior.

The villa owner booked our free site visit service, and our team arrived on time. We carried the latest fabric sample collection and precision measuring tools. We walked through every room with the owner and listened carefully to his requirements and concerns. We discussed fabric types, colour preferences, header styles, and functional needs for each space. By the end of the consultation, every detail was finalised, and the plan was crystal clear.

Our team measured the length and width of every window with accuracy. We left no margin for error. For the bedroom, we planned a layered arrangement using both sheer and blackout curtains. In the living room, we installed floor-to-ceiling slate grey blackout drapes, covering the full window from ceiling to floor without any gaps. We added a decorative pelmet along the top to frame the installation with a refined, high-end touch. The home office presented a unique challenge: a full glass partition wall. We dressed the entire wall from end to end, covering every inch from ceiling to floor with crisp white sheer panels. The sheers maintain a bright and focused atmosphere while offering visual separation and a sense of privacy. We used a pinch pleat header style here as well, keeping the look consistent with the rest of the villa. Tie-backs were added for easy panel management throughout the day.
