Blackout Sheer Curtains Project Maha Town Houses Dubai

On 20 November 2025, we received a call from a villa owner requesting a site visit for a window covering project at Villa-175, Maha Town Houses, Dubai. Next day, our team visited the villa with a wide range of curtain fabric samples to demonstrate the actual colors, textures & fabric quality.
During the site assessment, the villa owner shared several concerns related to privacy, heat penetration, and external noise in the living room area. After carefully analyzing the space and understanding the client’s requirements, our expert recommended a curtain layering solution to provide effective insulation, sound control, and desired privacy.
After detailed consultation with the owner, we finalized a combination of off-white sheer curtains paired with chocolate brown blackout drapes. Both panels are designed with pleated header styles for a modern & elegant appearance. For ease of use and better functionality, the blackout curtains were installed on the front track, while the sheer curtains were placed on the back track.
The project began with precise window measurements and custom stitching of pleated curtain headers to ensure a perfect fit. To achieve maximum coverage, insulation, and a luxurious look, the curtains were installed across the full wall width (from right to left) rather than limiting the installation to the window size only.

Before starting the project, our team conducted a free apartment inspection to assess the existing floor condition and provide expert consultation for selecting the most suitable flooring solution to avoid future damage. During the inspection, our flooring specialists identified water seepage issues in the kitchen and visible cracks in the living room floor. We observe the indoor humidity level has reached to 70%, especially in kitchen areas.

After stopless work of few hours, finally we addressed all the challenges faced by owners. Now, owner is happy and enjoying full privacy, light control, and sound insulation.
