Project Execution Details (Step By Step)
1- Artificial Grass + Decking Tiles Installation
Our experts started the project from the outdoor lawn. Initially, the subfloor was uneven, patchy, and hard. We use levelers and primers to smooth the surface for the perfect attachment of artificial grass. Then, used a digital gauge to measure the exact length, width, and overall area. After precisely cutting the grass carpet rolls, we started laying the pieces perfectly. With seamless attachment, we introduced a soft, green, and safe lawn that doesn’t need watering & mowing for maintenance.
2- Complete Indoor & Outdoor Villa Paint
We helped owners with a paint color selection by offering catalogs. After leveling the walls’ surface, we paint every wall with a theme-oriented color. Our skilled painters utilize weather-friendly paint that can withstand Sharjah’s harsh climate.
3- Custom Curtains Installation
The windows in the living room & bedroom were covered with beige-grey blackout curtains. The owner picked our polyester–linen blend curtains with triple pinch pleats header style for a luxury finish. The fabric shade blended perfectly with the new wall paint for a cohesive look. Beyond style, the curtains also offered three important benefits:

4- Installation of Stair Carpets
We also upgraded the stairs with loop pile berber-style polypropylene carpet. Our professionals suggest this material because of its extra durability, anti-slip texture, and noise reduction. We picked beige-grey carpet for matching with walls and curtains.
