Artificial Grass, Motorised Curtains & Blinds Projects in Arabian Ranches 3, Dubai

Lush Loom successfully completed another project on 27 December 2025 in Arabian Ranches 3, Caya Villa 165. We were hired to supply & install artificial grass in the front yard, motorized curtains & blinds in the living spaces. Within 72 hours, we finished the project efficiently.

After a free site visit, we advised the client to select window treatments in white, soft blue, and beige colors to match their urban interior. The client still wanted some sunlight along with privacy. We paired open-weave sheer curtains with roller blinds on the entryway door. In the living room, we layered translucent curtains with blackout drapes by securely adding drapery pins in the header pockets and attaching them to the track. We had installed solar-powered motorized tracks on high-ceiling windows & sliding doors to reduce electricity bills. We connected them with the client’s Google Home setup for a better app and voice control.

Simultaneously, our team was installing artificial grass in the garden. We removed the old turf and laid a weed barrier. We cut the grass roll to fit around & between the stone pavers. We stretched and pasted the turf carpet properly to prevent it from wrinkling or curling up. Once the grass was installed, we trimmed the edges in a wave-like design around the plants’ border.
