Full Apartment Paint, Flooring & Curtains | Apt 307, The Fairways Towers East

The Lush Loom team completed another remarkable project at Apartment-307, The Fairways Towers East, Dubai. This project included three major work categories: full apartment painting, flooring installation across all areas, and curtain installation in bedrooms and living spaces.

The apartment renovation started with the complete apartment painting. Our skilled painters carefully prepared and painted all the walls. During this phase, our wall decor expert suggested versatile and eye-catching color shades for each room. The color selection was finalized after considering natural sunlight, window directions, and the overall interior theme.

For window treatments, we applied a layered curtain style using off-white sheer curtains paired with blackout curtains. In the bedrooms, our designers selected off-white sheer curtains to complement the ceiling paint, while beige blackout curtains were chosen to match the bedroom wall colors. In the living room, we recommended sage green blackout drapes, as the living room walls were painted in the same shade. Off-white sheer curtains were again selected to blend well with the ceiling color. All curtains were finished with pinch-pleat header styles, a popular and elegant choice in Dubai homes.

For flooring, we installed SPC flooring with a walnut brown wood look throughout the apartment, including bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms, and corridors. The flooring was installed in a simple grid pattern to add a natural wood appearance to the space.
