Motorized Blackout & Sheer Curtains Installation in Creek Harbour 3, Dubai

On 23 May 2026, the Lush Loom team completed a motorized double-curtain installation project at Palace Residences, Dubai Creek Harbour 3. We covered a large multi-paneled window with a double layer of blackout & sheer curtains. The main objective was to add privacy, light control, and aesthetics to the apartment hall.

The apartment owner at Palace Residences, Dubai Creek Harbour 3, contacted our team through a WhatsApp call. He shared two pressing concerns: lack of hall privacy and uncontrolled sunlight flooding the space. Our staff listened carefully and scheduled an on-site visit without delay. We recommended a double curtain setup: sheer & blackout layers working together. This combination delivers complete on-demand privacy, precise light control throughout the day, and an elevated aesthetic for the hall. Our designers went a step further. They studied the apartment’s existing interior palette and proposed a thoughtful color pairing. Light brown for the blackout curtains, pulled directly from the flooring tone. Off-white for the sheer fabric, matched against the wall color. The contrast was intentional, stylish, and perfectly balanced. Both window coverings were crafted with a pinch pleat header for a clean, tailored finish.
