Motorized Curtains & Blinds Project in Arabian Ranches 3, Dubai

The Lush Loom team finalized a window treatment project at Kaya Villa 165, Arabian Ranches, Dubai. We installed roller blinds, soundproof curtains, and sheer curtains with motorized systems. The goal was to reduce noise, control light, and enhance the villa’s luxury appeal.

Our team first visited the villa for consultation. We took accurate measurements of all windows and outdoor pergolas. We also discussed the owner’s needs and preferences for each area.

We installed our 5-layer acoustic drapes on the bedroom side and corner windows. Both curtains were motorized for easy control. Our team combined five layers carefully. We selected front fabric with teal color & silver lining for a luxury finish. Next, dense black felt was added for sound absorption & cotton lining for insulation. The white felt gave extra noise control. At the back, blackout fabric was placed to block light. This ultra-modern layering ensures sound reduction, complete privacy, and temperature control.

We covered the large living room windows with a layered combination:

• Motorized roller blinds in grey color
• Sheer Motorized Curtains in off-white color

Both colors were chosen to match the walls and ceiling. This created a cohesive and elegant look.

We installed outdoor shades on the terrace roof. The fabric was a blend of acrylic and polyester. This material can withstand harsh weather conditions.
