How This Project Started
The office management contacted us because the existing carpet tiles had become old and uneven. Some tiles were loose, and the floor no longer looked clean or professional. Since this was a working office, they wanted the job completed quickly without disturbing daily operations. “We arranged a site visit to Churchill Executive Towers, Office 3712, to understand the space, access, and working hours of the building.”
What We Saw During the Site Visit
The office already had carpet tiles installed, but over time they had started to lift from the edges. In high-traffic areas, the tiles were visibly worn out. Chairs were leaving marks, and some sections looked darker due to daily use. The layout included open work areas and walkways, So the office flooring needed to look uniform and aligned. We also planned the work around building access rules to avoid delays.
Planning & Decisions
Carpet tiles were chosen because they suit office environments well and are easy to maintain later. A calm, neutral color was selected so the floor would blend naturally with the office furniture and walls. We decided the tile direction based on how people move inside the office. This helped keep the floor looking straight and balanced instead of patchy.
Removal of Old Carpet Tiles
Before installing the new carpet tiles, we removed all existing tiles carefully. Old adhesive was cleaned, and the floor surface was checked. Any uneven spots were corrected to make sure the new tiles would sit properly. This step was completed smoothly to avoid any installation issues later.
Installation Process
The installation started from one side of the office and continued section by section. Each tile was placed carefully to keep the spacing even and the pattern consistent. Extra attention was given to corners, workstations, and entry points so the finish looked clean. The entire work was completed within the same day, allowing the office to continue work without interruption.
Final Result
After installation, the office floor looked neat, organized, and comfortable for daily use. The new carpet tiles improved the overall look of the workspace and made movement easier and quieter.
