Starting 2026 Strong: Lush Loom team completed another vibrant project of carpet tiles & wallpaper installation at Mezzanine Floor-Office 2, Al Rostamani Clock Tower Building 51.

Our carpet expert visited the office to inspect the floor. The concrete tile surface was rough and needed proper treatment. The entire space was filled with office furniture, multiple chairs, tables, cabinets, and a printing machine. The owner wanted to cover the concrete with soft carpet tiles for better comfort and insulation. The walls also needed an upgrade to create a more professional environment for clients and staff.

Our team carefully moved all furniture one by one to clear the floor completely. We measured the room area with precision and recommended 50cm x 50cm tiles. These are the perfect size for office spaces.

We considered two important factors: foot traffic and maintenance needs. Based on this, we suggested polypropylene carpet squares with a 3mm pile height. The design features a linear striated pattern with medium grey, charcoal grey, and warm beige linings.

Before installation, we applied high-performance primer to the floor. This step improves adhesive bonding. It also balances porosity and ensures uniformity across the surface. This preparation is essential for long-lasting results. We then installed the carpet squares systematically across the entire floor.

We took precise measurements of the walls for efficient fitting. Our wall designer recommended an elegant office wallpaper in warm taupe color with gold metallic lines. The wallpaper has a geometric interlocking design that attracts visitors and adds sophistication.

Initially, the installation was challenging because the office walls had multiple door frames, glass windows, electrical boards, and wall-mounted fixtures. Our professional fitters worked carefully around every obstacle. They covered every part of the wall with efficiency and clarity. No gaps or uneven edges were left anywhere.

After applying the wallpaper, we rubbed the entire wall surface with a smoothing pad. This ensures full adhesive contact. It removes air bubbles and wrinkles. Furthermore, it also secures all edges perfectly for a flawless finish.
