Blinds & Curtains Installation Project in Springs 9, Dubai

On 24 February 2026, the Lush Loom team completed a window covering project at a villa in Springs 9, Dubai. We installed blackout & sheer curtains in the bedroom and roller blinds in the living room.

A few days before, the villa owner called us directly. He needed custom window treatments for his home. We arranged a same-day site visit. Our team arrived quickly with the latest fabric samples. We sat with the owner, understood his needs, and finalized the colors and designs together. Our technicians also took precise measurements of every window for a perfect custom fit.

The owner had two main concerns. He wanted more privacy in his rooms. He also wanted better control over the light coming in. These are very common issues in Dubai villas with large windows. Our designer quickly identified the right solution, a curtain layering system.

For the bedroom, our team used a double curtain track. This allowed us to hang two fabric layers on a single rod. We placed beige blackout curtains in the front. We placed bright white sheer curtains at the back. The blackout drapes block all light when the owner needs full darkness. The sheer fabric let soft natural light in while keeping privacy. This smart layering gives the owner full control at any time of the day. We hung both draperies with a wave header style. This creates a beautiful spiral and wavy look that adds elegance to the room.

For the living room, we took a different approach. We installed sheer roller blinds in an off-white color. These blinds filter the sunlight softly and keep the living space bright and airy. To fit the blinds correctly, our team fixed the mounting brackets at the exact positions. This ensured perfect leveling and alignment. After installation, we rolled the blinds up and down several times to confirm smooth operation.
