SPC Flooring Installation + Moulding & Painting Project in Sunset 3 Creek Beach, Dubai

On 1 May, 2026, the Lush Loom team completed a mega apartment renovation project at Sunset 3 Creek Beach, Dubai. We transformed a full apartment from floor to ceiling, using modern materials and expert craftsmanship. Our work covered the corridor, bedroom, and living room. Every space now looks polished, fresh, and built to last.

Before we touched a single wall, we visited the apartment with our designers. We sat down with the client, asked the right questions, and understood exactly what they wanted. The client had one major concern, high humidity inside the apartment. Our team took that seriously. We recommended waterproof SPC flooring as the best long-term solution to protect the floors from moisture damage. For apartment painting, our experts suggested moisture-resistant acrylic latex paint that is easy to maintain and built to last through humid conditions.

We chose SPC flooring in a natural light oak color, laid in an elegant herringbone pattern. The result is a floor that looks stunning and performs even better. Before laying a single tile, our technicians prepared the subfloor carefully, leveling, cleaning, and finishing the surface to perfection. We then used the modern click-lock system to install each SPC tile. This method delivers a tight, seamless finish with zero gaps.

The client wanted walls that felt luxurious and we delivered exactly that. Our skilled team installed wainscoting and picture frame wall molding throughout the apartment. We used a dual-panel white molding design, a larger upper frame paired with a shorter lower frame to create visual depth and elegance. At the base of every wall, we added white skirting boards for a clean, polished look. The white tones of the molding and skirting perfectly match the apartment’s ceiling and wall paint, giving the entire space a seamless, high-end feel.

We painted the entire apartment interior, ceilings & walls with white latex paint. Our team followed a multi-coated approach to ensure smooth, even coverage with a lasting finish. The result is a bright, airy atmosphere that makes every room feel more open and inviting.
