SPC Flooring Installation At TH8 Palm Dubai Beach Resort, IHG Hotel

On February 5, 2026, the Lush Loom team completed an SPC flooring installation project at TH8 Palm Dubai Beach Resort, Vignette Collection, an IHG Hotel. The hotel manager contacted us via phone and requested urgent flooring installation in a bedroom. We responded quickly to meet their timeline.

Our flooring experts visited the hotel to evaluate the bedroom flooring requirements. We measured the total room area carefully for accurate material calculation. During the visit, we showcased various samples of trending SPC flooring options to the manager.

After detailed consultation, the manager selected SPC tiles with a warm, dark wood grain design. The flooring features a matte to low gloss finish that resembles natural oak wood. The bedroom already had a white ceiling, white walls, and white bed upholstery. The dark wood flooring would create a beautiful contrast and add prominence to the room’s aesthetic.

We started by removing all furniture items from the bedroom. Our team carefully moved the master bed, stool, dressing table, and chairs out of the installation area. This cleared space ensures error-free fitting and protects the furniture from damage.
