Wallpaper Supply & Installation in Opera Grand Tower, Dubai

This project was completed successfully by Lush Loom team in Opera Grand Tower, Sheikh Mohammed Blvd, Downtown. On 28 December 2025, the client contacted us, looking to refresh the walls of his residential unit. The goal was to add warmth and texture without making structural changes.

During the initial visit, we noticed that the apartment had plain white walls throughout. The flooring had a visible wood grain finish, and the lighting across the unit was warm-toned. Based on these details, it was clear that the living room & bedroom wallpapers selection needed to complement both the flooring and the existing lighting rather than overpower the space.

After discussing preferences with the client, textured wallpapers in soft beige tones were shortlisted. These shades were chosen to add depth while keeping the overall look calm and balanced. Pattern selection was done room by room to avoid visual repetition across the apartment.

Before installation, furniture such as the sofa and bed was temporarily moved to allow full wall access. Wall surfaces were cleaned thoroughly and left to dry before measurements were taken. Each wallpaper roll was cut precisely to fit around doors, windows, and baseboards.In the bedroom, a Moroccan trellis pattern was applied on opposite walls, while a jute wallpaper was used on the accent wall. For the lounge, hallway, and walk-in dressing area, a light brown wallpaper with subtle vertical waves was installed to maintain continuity across shared spaces.

Special attention was given to pattern alignment. Extra adhesive was applied along the seams to prevent lifting, and air bubbles were removed carefully using smoothers to achieve a clean finish.

The project was completed within one working day. The finished walls added warmth and aesthetic to the apartment. The client was 1oo% satisfied with the smooth execution. Also, appreciated the overall transformation achieved without extending the project timeline.
