3. Customised Products

All of our products are made to order and customised according to the specifications provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

We strongly advise all customers to review their order details carefully before confirming a purchase.

4. Return Policy

As most of our products are custom-made to your specific requirements, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has begun. This applies to all carpet and curtain orders regardless of size or value.

However, if your product arrives in a damaged condition due to mishandling during shipping, we will take full responsibility. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
To raise a damaged goods claim, you must notify us at the time of receiving the delivery and before signing any receipt or delivery confirmation document. Claims raised after signing the delivery receipt may not be accepted.
Any resolution for a damaged shipment will be processed through the original mode of payment or by arranging a replacement product, at our discretion.

5. Cancellation Policy

Because all our products are customised and made to order, cancellations can only be accepted in the following situations: the wrong product was sent by Lush Loom Carpets & Curtains, or the product arrived in a damaged condition due to shipping.
In all other cases, once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or changed. If you need to raise a cancellation request, please contact us as soon as possible at the details provided at the bottom of this page.

6. Delivery Policy

We deliver all orders within the UAE. Deliveries are dispatched from our warehouse, and the estimated delivery time will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation.
We do our best to deliver within the agreed timeframe. However, delays caused by circumstances beyond our control do not make us liable for any losses arising from late delivery.

7. Product Appearance Disclaimer

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, due to differences in computer monitors and screen settings, the actual colour of your product may vary slightly from what you see on screen. We cannot be held responsible for these variations.
In some cases, patterns and shades may also vary depending on the size of the product. Measurements and dimensions listed on our website are as accurate as possible, but minor variations may exist, and this is not a manufacturing defect.

8. Payment

We accept payments online using Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards in AED (Arab Emirates Dirham) or any other agreed currency at the time of purchase.

All payment details you submit are passed directly to our payment provider through a secure and encrypted connection. We do not store your card details on our systems.
The cardholder must retain a copy of the transaction record and is responsible for being aware of our policies at the time of purchase.
If multiple items are shipped separately, each shipment may appear as a separate charge on your card statement.

9. Our Services and Delivery Area

Lush Loom Carpets & Curtains supplies and delivers carpets and curtains across the United Arab Emirates only. We do not ship or deliver outside the UAE under any circumstances.
Lush Loom Carpets & Curtains will not deal with or provide any services or products to any country or individual covered by OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions, in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
